본 개인정보처리방침은 운명 앱이 사용자의 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다. 운명은 사주, 타로, 궁합, 별자리, 손금, 관상, 토정비결, 주역 등 운세 리딩을 제공하는 로컬 우선 앱입니다.

3. 로컬 저장 및 서버 전송

운명의 핵심 리딩 기능은 로컬 우선으로 동작합니다. 출생 프로필, 리딩 기록, 설정은 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 내부 저장소에 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이러한 로컬 데이터를 별도 서버로 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

앱에 포함된 유명인/공개 인물 검색 데이터와 운세 계산 데이터는 배포 시 앱에 포함된 로컬 데이터 또는 기기 내부 데이터베이스를 사용합니다. 핵심 리딩 흐름은 외부 서버 접속 없이 사용할 수 있도록 설계되어 있습니다.

4. 사진, 카메라, 사진 보관함

7. 개인정보 판매 및 제3자 제공

8. 보관 기간 및 삭제

기기 내부에 저장된 프로필, 리딩 기록, 설정, 위젯 정보는 사용자가 앱 안에서 삭제하거나, 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나, 앱을 삭제할 때까지 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 개발자 서버에 별도 계정 데이터가 저장되지 않으므로 서버 계정 삭제 절차는 제공되지 않습니다.

9. 보안

앱은 사용자의 정보를 주로 기기 내부에 저장하고, 불필요한 서버 전송을 피하는 방식으로 개인정보 노출 가능성을 줄입니다. 다만 기기 분실, 운영체제 취약점, 사용자가 선택한 외부 공유 서비스의 처리 방식 등 개발자가 통제할 수 없는 위험은 남아 있을 수 있습니다.

10. 아동의 개인정보

운명은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주요 대상으로 설계된 앱이 아닙니다. 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 부적절하게 처리되었다고 판단되는 경우 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.

This Privacy Policy explains how Fate handles user information. Fate is a local-first fortune reading app that provides Saju, tarot, compatibility, zodiac, palmistry, face reading, Tojeong, and I Ching features.

2. Information Processed

Birth profiles: name or nickname, date of birth, birth time, sex, and location or time-zone inputs.
Reading records: saved Saju, tarot, compatibility, zodiac, palmistry, face reading, Tojeong, and I Ching results.
App settings: language, theme, text size, notification time, 3D or motion preferences, and premium status.
Selected photos: images captured or chosen by the user for palmistry or face reading features.
Widget information: limited summaries used for home-screen widgets, such as today's fortune or profile-based summaries.

3. Local Storage and Server Transfer

The core reading features are local-first. Birth profiles, reading records, and settings are stored primarily on the user's device. The developer does not collect or store this local data on a separate developer server.

Public-figure search data and fortune calculation data are packaged with the app or stored in an on-device database. Core reading flows are designed to work without an external server connection.

4. Photos, Camera, and Photo Library

Users may choose to take or select photos for palmistry or face reading. Selected images are processed inside the app for the requested feature and are not sent to a developer server unless the user explicitly chooses to save or share content through system features.

If the user saves or shares a result image, the operating system photo library or share sheet may be used.

5. Notifications and Widgets

If notifications are enabled, the app may schedule daily fortune reminders at the selected time. Operating system notification, time-zone, and widget functions may be used. Notification settings and widget summaries are stored on the device.

6. Ads, In-App Purchases, and Third-Party Services

Google Mobile Ads: device information or advertising identifiers may be processed by Google for ad delivery and measurement.
Apple App Store or Google Play payments: store payment systems are used for premium subscription purchase, restore, and status checks.
Operating system share sheet: shared text or images may be transferred to the app or service selected by the user.

The developer does not directly collect or store advertising identifiers, payment account details, or the user's account information from sharing destinations. Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies.

7. Sale and Third-Party Disclosure

The developer does not sell user personal information and does not directly provide birth information, reading records, or photos to advertisers or data brokers. If the user uses sharing, the shared content is sent to the external app or service selected by the user.

8. Retention and Deletion

Profiles, reading records, settings, and widget information stored on the device may remain until the user deletes them in the app, clears app data in device settings, or uninstalls the app. Because no separate developer account data is stored on a developer server, server-side account deletion is not provided.

9. Security

The app reduces exposure by keeping information primarily on the device and avoiding unnecessary server transfer. Risks outside the developer's control may remain, including device loss, operating system vulnerabilities, or the handling practices of external services chosen by the user.

10. Children's Privacy

4. Fotos, Kamera und Fotomediathek

Nutzer koennen Fotos fuer Hand- oder Gesichtlesen aufnehmen oder auswaehlen. Diese Bilder werden innerhalb der App fuer die gewaehlte Funktion verarbeitet und nicht an einen Entwicklerserver gesendet, sofern der Nutzer Inhalte nicht ausdruecklich speichert oder teilt.

Beim Speichern oder Teilen von Ergebnisbildern koennen Fotomediathek oder Teilen-Funktionen des Betriebssystems verwendet werden.

5. Benachrichtigungen und Widgets

Wenn Benachrichtigungen aktiviert sind, kann die App taegliche Erinnerungen zum ausgewaehlten Zeitpunkt planen. Dabei koennen Benachrichtigungs-, Zeitzonen- und Widget-Funktionen des Betriebssystems genutzt werden. Die zugehoerigen Einstellungen und Zusammenfassungen werden auf dem Geraet gespeichert.

6. Werbung, In-App-Kaeufe und Drittanbieter

Google Mobile Ads: Geraeteinformationen oder Werbe-IDs koennen von Google fuer Werbung und Messung verarbeitet werden.
Apple App Store oder Google Play Zahlungen: Store-Zahlungssysteme werden fuer Premium-Abonnements, Wiederherstellung und Statuspruefung genutzt.
Teilen-Funktion des Betriebssystems: geteilte Texte oder Bilder koennen an die vom Nutzer gewaehlte App oder den gewaehlten Dienst uebertragen werden.

Der Entwickler sammelt oder speichert Werbe-IDs, Zahlungsdaten oder Kontoinformationen von Teilen-Zielen nicht direkt. Fuer Drittanbieter koennen deren eigene Datenschutzerklaerungen gelten.

Auf dem Geraet gespeicherte Profile, Deutungen, Einstellungen und Widget-Daten koennen verbleiben, bis der Nutzer sie in der App loescht, App-Daten in den Geraeteeinstellungen loescht oder die App deinstalliert. Da keine separaten Kontodaten auf einem Entwicklerserver gespeichert werden, gibt es keine serverseitige Kontoloeschung.

9. Sicherheit

Die App reduziert Risiken, indem Informationen hauptsaechlich auf dem Geraet bleiben und unnoetige Serveruebertragungen vermieden werden. Risiken ausserhalb der Kontrolle des Entwicklers koennen bestehen bleiben.

10. Datenschutz von Kindern

Schicksal richtet sich nicht vorrangig an Kinder unter 13 Jahren. Wenn Sie glauben, dass Informationen eines Kindes unter 13 unangemessen verarbeitet wurden, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.

開発者は、広告識別子、支払いアカウント情報、共有先サービスのアカウント情報を直接収集または保存しません。第三者サービスによる情報処理には、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用される場合があります。

7. 販売および第三者提供

開発者はユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。また、出生情報、リーディング記録、写真を広告事業者やデータブローカーへ直接提供しません。ユーザーが共有機能を使用した場合、共有内容はユーザーが選択した外部アプリまたはサービスへ送信されます。

8. 保管期間と削除

端末に保存されたプロフィール、リーディング記録、設定、ウィジェット情報は、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除する、端末設定でアプリデータを削除する、またはアプリをアンインストールするまで残る場合があります。開発者サーバーに別個のアカウントデータは保存されないため、サーバー側のアカウント削除手続きは提供されません。

9. セキュリティ

アプリは情報を主に端末内に保持し、不要なサーバー送信を避けることで露出リスクを低減します。ただし、端末の紛失、OS の脆弱性、ユーザーが選択した外部サービスの取り扱いなど、開発者が管理できないリスクは残る場合があります。

10. 子どものプライバシー

運命は 13 歳未満の子どもを主な対象として設計されたアプリではありません。13 歳未満の子どもの情報が不適切に処理されたと思われる場合はお問い合わせください。

11. 変更

アプリ機能、ストア要件、第三者 SDK の使用範囲が変更された場合、本ポリシーは更新されることがあります。更新内容は改定日とともに本ページに掲載されます。

Esta Politica de privacidade explica como Destino trata informacoes do usuario. Destino e um app local-first de leituras de destino, incluindo Saju, tarot, compatibilidade, zodiaco, quiromancia, leitura facial, Tojeong e I Ching.

1. Informacoes do app

Nome do projeto: saju_tarot_3d_guide
Principais recursos: Saju, compatibilidade e sorte diaria com base em perfil de nascimento, tarot, historico salvo, notificacoes, widgets, leitura opcional de mao e rosto com fotos e compartilhamento.

2. Informacoes processadas

Perfis de nascimento: nome ou apelido, data de nascimento, hora de nascimento, sexo e dados de localizacao ou fuso horario.
Registros de leitura: resultados salvos de Saju, tarot, compatibilidade, zodiaco, quiromancia, leitura facial, Tojeong e I Ching.
Configuracoes do app: idioma, tema, tamanho do texto, horario de notificacao, preferencias de 3D ou movimento e status premium.
Fotos selecionadas: imagens capturadas ou escolhidas pelo usuario para leitura de mao ou rosto.
Informacoes de widgets: resumos limitados usados em widgets da tela inicial.

3. Armazenamento local e transferencia para servidor

Os principais recursos sao local-first. Perfis de nascimento, registros e configuracoes sao armazenados principalmente no dispositivo do usuario. O desenvolvedor nao coleta nem armazena esses dados locais em um servidor separado do desenvolvedor.

Dados de busca de figuras publicas e dados de calculo sao incluidos no app ou armazenados em um banco de dados no dispositivo. Os fluxos principais foram projetados para funcionar sem conexao com servidor externo.

4. Fotos, camera e biblioteca de fotos

O usuario pode tirar ou escolher fotos para leitura de mao ou rosto. As imagens selecionadas sao processadas dentro do app para o recurso solicitado e nao sao enviadas a um servidor do desenvolvedor, a menos que o usuario escolha salvar ou compartilhar conteudo por recursos do sistema.

Se o usuario salvar ou compartilhar uma imagem de resultado, a biblioteca de fotos ou a folha de compartilhamento do sistema operacional pode ser usada.

5. Notificacoes e widgets

Se notificacoes estiverem ativadas, o app pode agendar lembretes diarios no horario escolhido. Recursos do sistema operacional para notificacoes, fuso horario e widgets podem ser usados. Configuracoes de notificacao e resumos de widgets sao armazenados no dispositivo.

6. Anuncios, compras no app e terceiros

Google Mobile Ads: informacoes do dispositivo ou identificadores de publicidade podem ser processados pelo Google para entrega e medicao de anuncios.
Pagamentos da Apple App Store ou Google Play: sistemas de pagamento da loja sao usados para compra, restauracao e verificacao do status premium.
Folha de compartilhamento do sistema: textos ou imagens compartilhados podem ser enviados ao app ou servico escolhido pelo usuario.

O desenvolvedor nao coleta nem armazena diretamente identificadores de publicidade, detalhes de conta de pagamento ou informacoes de conta dos destinos de compartilhamento. Servicos de terceiros podem processar informacoes de acordo com suas proprias politicas de privacidade.

7. Venda e divulgacao a terceiros

O desenvolvedor nao vende informacoes pessoais do usuario e nao fornece diretamente dados de nascimento, registros de leitura ou fotos a anunciantes ou corretores de dados. Se o usuario usar compartilhamento, o conteudo compartilhado sera enviado ao app ou servico externo escolhido.

8. Retencao e exclusao

Perfis, registros, configuracoes e informacoes de widgets armazenados no dispositivo podem permanecer ate que o usuario os exclua no app, limpe os dados do app nas configuracoes do dispositivo ou desinstale o app. Como nao ha dados de conta separados armazenados em servidor do desenvolvedor, exclusao de conta no servidor nao e fornecida.

9. Seguranca

O app reduz exposicao mantendo informacoes principalmente no dispositivo e evitando transferencia desnecessaria para servidores. Riscos fora do controle do desenvolvedor podem permanecer.

10. Privacidade infantil

Destino nao foi projetado principalmente para criancas menores de 13 anos. Se voce acredita que informacoes de uma crianca menor de 13 anos foram tratadas de forma inadequada, entre em contato conosco.

11. Alteracoes

Esta politica pode ser atualizada quando recursos do app, requisitos de lojas ou uso de SDKs de terceiros mudarem. Atualizacoes serao publicadas nesta pagina com data revisada.
